Comrades,
A day from now we will have atleast 1000 delegates gathering at KICC for a historic Momment in Kenya. I take this opportunity for all of you for puting in extra time to enure the success of the Convention. Here is a synopsis of what has been done and what needs to be done.

Finance and Fundraising

Total amount of money raised None.

Commitments in Kind – T-shirts from Citizens Assembly, Banners from UNMC, Venue from GCAP,

Pledges on support for delegates to be done.

Resolutions – Technical Team to finalise Lead by Sonia/Cyprian.

Document Wallets – Susan to take lead.
Delegation – Clean out data and finalise lead by Ken.
Volunteers to be identified lead by ED and Sussan.
Registration Fee – Wanja to purchase receipt book.
Bouncers to be identified Lead by GPO, Arati, Crew, Mbara
Media Center to be done Lead by Philip/Kip.
Décor – Vicky to follow up and finalized.
Entertainment – Hope and Vicky to follow up with Mwaura and ensure 5 minutes presentations on Opening Ceremony, Closing ceremony Saturday evening.
Transport – Delegates to pay own fare from hotel- Arati to organize Matatus.
Final Meeting
We will have a meeting on Friday afternoon at 4.00PM. Youth Agenda Board Room. Note that this will be a long night meeting. Kindly Preparea yourself psychologically.

Media Center
Media Center will be set up from 2.00PM - All Media and Publicity Committee members to get in touch with Serah Mucha, Kip and Philip for implemtantation..

Logistics
Logistics team to visit the Hotel Venue and plan on Security plans, Please ensure you liaise with KICC Mr. Kalavi of KICC. Exhbition Tables need to be set.
